It is weird to come home from a place as crazy as Vegas to a college campus that has been deserted for the Summer. This is a quiet place most of the year, but in the Summer there is a new kind of peace to it.
I had a lot of fun in Vegas, and I feel the way I do all the time where I just can’t believe I am lucky enough to have found really amazing friends who let me be a real person with real feelings who sometimes needs to sit down on the floor of a casino.
Now that I am back in this really quiet place, I am excited to figure out what it is I do here again on this blog. I bet Blue Moon and David Gray can help.

I’m glad you had a lot of fun in Vegas. :)
PS – Y’all look hot!
PPS – I used some Blue Moon to make beer bread the other day and thought of you.
Really quiet on our campus too. I miss you.
So much fun! Next time I promise to sit on the floor with you.
Can’t wait to hear more about it! Glad you had fun! Hope to chat before I’m there this weekend!
I’m glad you had fun!
So glad to meet you this weekend! And, can’t stop laughing at WTF I am doing in the background of this photo – sorry to ruin the pretty with some ridiculousness :)
Bwahahaha. Pure win. Per usual, Treavor’s deep thought alert: the juxtaposition of crazy to quiet is for reflection, I think.
I’m sitting at home alone after a weekend of blitz introductions and connections. And now I get to relish in the thought of how I have *more* friends all over the country (and Canada).
You all look beautiful. There is a certain quiet that comes after a trip like this anyways. Enjoy the peace and the Blue Moon and the music. :)

I remember having to go back to campus a few weeks ago after classes ended, and the atmosphere was so much different. It was so serene and lovely. I found I liked it much better that way.
Ashley,
it feels slightly ridiculous to me that after *TWO* BISC’s, all I have ever said to you was one simple ‘hello’….which was in 2011 and if I recall correctly…was initiated by you!
I thought for sure that I’d get around to talking with you the 2nd time around since I enjoy so much of what you have to say through blogging and vlogging, but alas, sometimes it just doesn’t go the way that you would have wanted it to.
Anyways, I’m super glad that you had such a good time.
Stay cool- seems like this is going to be a hot I.E. summer. :)
you all look STUNNING in this photograph. miss your faces.
