I think you are right to keep on track and not put weightloss on the backburner – it seems that you might as well make the most of the free time you DO have to help lose the pounds. Perhaps take advantage of it to up the exercise? Just a thought.
I do love when you lose weight without even realising it, especially when you thought you weren’t being particularly good! I have been pretty good this last fortnight and was just under 10 stone (140 pounds) this morning – as I’m only 5 foot 2 or 3, this is on the cusp of the overweight/healthy range so I’m aiming to get hopefully down to 9 stone (126 pounds) in the next few months. Hopefully by doing it the sensible way like you, I can manage this!
I did the whole “stepping on the scale, expecting to see a huge gain” thing last week and I was PLEASANTLY surprised with my results! Of course, it does feel a lot better when you lose weight & worked for it, but it’s also nice to know I didn’t gain 10 lbs by eating crap for 2 weeks. ;)
