Can I recommend raw unsalted nuts for snacking too? I don’t know if you’re allergic, and I know they’re relatively high in calorie count, but it might be worth it! Also, I love snacking on prunes, haha. Good luck this week, you can do it!
Oh man, I’m having a similar problem – I think me and you have been trying to do this healthy thing for about the same amount of time and I’m hovering around about the same mark that you are still. It’s so frustrating! But since I am sitting here commenting on this while drinking lots of wine, I guess I really only have myself to blame…
Have you checked out any of the Hungry Girl recipe books? They are supposed to be easy to follow healthy recipes. I’ve tasted a few of the recipes and they’re pretty good. Eating well can be incredibly difficult, not to mention expensive. I feel your pain!
