I’m stuck too. And then I ate a bowl of ice cream….so there ya go!
AH! I’ve been stuck on the 145 plateau, too! I can’t seem to break out of it…I’ve been sitting here since April. I do know what I’ve been doing wrong but I did SO AWESOME this week and actually gained half a pound, which doesn’t make sense to me. I’m just hoping for a big loss next week.
If you don’t know what you’re doing wrong, how about varying what you eat? I know you said you eat the same stuff so maybe that’s causing the plateau? Also, I know you’re busy, but adding in more exercise/increasing intensity is good, as well. Just trying to throw ideas here! :)
