Um, you’re not a bummer at all!!! We all know that exercising 4 times a week is QUITE healthy, even if the scale doesn’t show it yet. Man, if I could get myself to run 4 times a week, I would be so proud. haha.

haha your “secret goal” :) I agree about the muscle theory or whatever when you don’t lose weight right away after starting to exercise a lot — stick with it and you WILL see results! But you know that!

Ever since I you started this I’ve been curious about what you’re eating every day… Can you talk/write about that? How do you eat 1200 calories a day and still feel full/not get bored with your choices/stay healthy? I’m not meaning for this to come off as rude at all, so I’m sorry if it is. I don’t really keep track of what I eat or how many calories it is, so I’m really genuinely curious!

True Story:

Brandon (@Yo_Brando) and I were trying to do a Video Blog one evening after drinking. He didn’t know what to VLOG about, so he came out with: “Hey guys, It’s me Ashley, I’ve had a good week, I’ve been busy being super cute and smart, but I stayed within my calories.”

…it was amazing.

I’ve been following your awesome progress, girl. Loving it. I’m doing C25K too, AGAIN. Here’s to reaching your awesome goals. Is Blue October on your running playlist?

Four days of running IN A ROW?! Yeah, that’s a win in my book. And I liked the “secret goal” with the darty eyes and stuff. You’re fun!
