Congrats on 2 lbs lost! And a total of 4 lbs lost! :D

I like the idea of having one designated cheat day. Allowing yourself that makes it easier to get through the rest of the week without cheating!

Great job! I really like the idea of waiting till a certain day of the week. I think I might try that out.

Good job ash. Glad you are being healthy about this and not all psycho about losing weight. I’ve seen far too many people diet in really extreme, bad ways. And a cheat day? Necessary :)
