Right, my question is this,

when everyobody was asking you, What are you going to do with an English/ Theology degree, what WAS your answer?
The reason I ask is that I’ve just started my degree in Theology and Religious Studies in Wales, and all everybody seems to ask me is what I’m going to do with it….and I need a good comeback!

So… here’s my question. I noticed on you 101 Things About Me list you said “My liberal politics are not separate from my Christian faith; they are motivated by my Christian faith.” (yay! me too!) Can you share your testimony and/or elaborate on #64 a bit, about how you reached that conclusion. I am fascinated by liberal Christians! Mostly because I know so few.

I’m going to go for a debt-related question, having had a similar struggle of my own. My story involved dating someone a few years ago who I trusted wholeheartedly, and who ended up stealing thousands of dollars from me in the end before running out of town never to be seen again – I was left with his accumulation of about $12k worth of debt, which meant a big change in lifestyle, putting school on the backburner, and entering the oh-so-thrilling world of roommates… if it’s not too bold to ask, how did you get into debt, and what’s your way of dealing with it?
