I love blogging, but sometimes, a break is needed. And might I say I’m only slightly glad you took a week off because I’m way behind on my Reader and struggling to catch up, so it’s been a slight help. Only slight though because nobody else took a break, ha.

I took two weeks off from blogging and reading blogs (Holy Google Reader!) and I’m happy to be back as well. I don’t have any new material or sensational ideas to write about and share with the blogosphere, but I do want to write again. That feels good.

I remember when I made the mistake of quitting my last blog, I was surprised at how much I missed having it my life, and went through withdrawals for six months. I love blogging for self reflective purposes. And of course, to connect with readers.

I’m glad that you’re back, I missed your posts last week. Sometimes I feel the need for a break as well but then I always miss everyone — the comments, the conversations, the connections. My blog is a very important part of my days, even if I don’t post every day — I’m always reading and commenting. It makes me happy.
