I recorded this vlog before heading out for a night of drinking with some friends who are leaving town. So, I missed Justin on SNL, because I was out being way less cool than him. But, no worries, because on my way home, a song of his came on the radio. Of course. Damn you, Justin Timberlake! I mean, the guy was in a freaking boy band. How is he cool?

That’s something I’m worried about too, bringing Ralph home. I’m not sure if Ralph is as universally cool as Justin…but ill cross that bridge when it comes.
My favorite part of this vlog was when you said that you were obsessed with NSYNC from 14 to 18. Or maybe 20. I like to lie to myself and pretend like I stopped caring about them immediately after high school graduation, but that’s just so not true. How did they have such power over us????
I should have stayed up to watch Justin on SNL last night. I wish he was hosting next weekend instead. The man is freaking amazing!
I love J.T. I didn’t when he was in NSYNC, but I love him now. He’s hilarious, and every interview he’s appeared on – well, he makes me swoon a little. Even my boyfriend is in awe with him. Maybe I should be worried, but instead, I find it hot ;)

He is good at everything! I vacillate between really liking JT and then thinking he’s almost too good and too cool. It’s definitely not fair; I wish I could have just a little of that talent. Oh well…
Also, the Weekend Update part w/ Spitzer and David Patterson = hilarious, whenever you get a chance to watch it, haha.

haha. oh what would we do if we didn’t have perfect boys to think about bringing home? and then, at the same time, secretly hating every fiber of their being because they ARE so darn perfect. and then, as someone already mentioned, beautiful actresses come and STEAL them away from us. Back to being the third wheel again…

I used to be obsessed with N’Sync too! I’m not so much a big fan of his lately, but I could probably still recite from memory the Bye, Bye, Bye song. Oh and my sister and I totally watched the music video for that and would do the dance in my living room. We all have our secrets.

That was the first vlog of yours I watched, and I think I expected you to sound differently. Hm. Isn’t it strange how you might have a preconceived notion in your head based on, well, nothing, yet when it’s disproven, you’re a little in shock? Weird.
Anyway. It’s going to be really tough for you to bring him home for Thanksgiving because the JRT has already committed to Turkey Days 2009 through death with me, and all other holidays. My apologies.
Ok, so you and I can officially be friends for loving *NSYNC and Justin Timberlake for a few years there (and maybe presently as well, in a nostalgic sense, of course).
And ohhhh man, a story for you: I work with kids, right? This one third-grader, Michelle, is always wearin’ her Jonas Brothers t-shirt, which I scoff at, of course. So I take Michelle aside and say, “Michelle, there is a better boy band out there…and they can actually sing. And I can prove it to you!”
I give her a CD stock full of their greatest songs. She comes back the next day and squeals, “You’re SO RIGHT Miss Ashley! *NSYNC is way better than the Jonas Brothers!”
Mission accomplished. (in a pathetic way).
justin was totally not in my radar until very recently.. i really like his sexy back song and now have his album on my computer.. have you seen his twits? to make things worse (better?) his personality seems totally attractive too. like kind of nerdy. ahhhh!
