i hope you feel better soon! january can definitely be a stressful month, and new years has never been my favorite holiday for that very reason. just keep thinking of the things you’ve got to look forward to! graduation, getting in to some awesome grad school programs, our new president stepping in to office…

I think January seems to be a time for people to start over, they put pressure on themself to make the right decisions. I have been strangely restless/ stressed out mood recently too. I don’t know if it is because it is January, or just because of life.
