I know what Michael Scott would say to that title.
- I could say this every week. Actually, I do say this every week. But, where did the time go? How is it Friday? Normally I’d be excited, but there are so many thing to get done!! I find it annoying when people go on and on about how busy they are. It’s okay when I do it, though. ;)
- Lies! It’s not Friday as I write this. It’s Thursday at noon. I slept 4 hours last night. That’s the second time I’ve done that this week. I feel fine right now, but we’ll see how I feel when I get off at midnight. I hate the way I feel when I get very little sleep. I don’t mean the exhaustion, but the noodly way my legs feel and the speedy thing my heart does.
- I had class at 8:30 this morning. So, naturally I got out of bed at 8:12. I do everything I can at night, so I only have to brush my teeth, put on my makeup, and get dressed. But, when I went to brush my teeth this morning, only a tiny stream of water came out of my faucet. It was enough to get the job done, but when I got to class a few minutes later, I learned that there was no water anywhere on campus, and they didn’t know when it would be back on. It’s amazing the way your mind works when you don’t know where you’re going to go to the bathroom or take a shower. But, no worries, it was back on before class was over.
- Ack! I need to see Twilight again. I was going to try to go over Thanksgiving break, but that just didn’t happen. I might have to wait until Christmas break.
- I love when people surprise me by using my name. Maybe (probably) that’s weird. But, I love to learn that someone I didn’t know knew my name does know my name. I will be one of those teachers who knows every student’s name, but not the evil kind that calls you out by name to answer a question when you were obviously looking away because you didn’t know the answer.
- I hate asking for favors. But, asking busy people to write me recommendations is the worst! I wish I’d done this two months ago. I hate myself for putting this off.
- I’ve now watched the musical episode of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia about a million times. You probably won’t enjoy it if you’re not already a fan of the show, but I love it.
- Lisa and I keep talking about how we procrastinate so much that we don’t understand how we’ve made it this far in life. I think it was Lisa who said we talk and talk about how much we procrastinate and generally suck, but we always get what we need to done. It’s the truth, but it’s hard to believe I won’t one day drop the ball. That kind of failure would kill me.
- On a much brighter note, I put up some Christmas lights this week, and all the pretty colors make me so happy. Plus, there’s a big blog surprise coming your way tomorrow. Don’t raise your expectations too high, but I think you’ll enjoy it. I hope, at least.
Happy Weekend!

cute shoes :)
I love ‘It’s Always Sunny..’ and Christmas decorations! I only slept 4 hours last night too. This morning was painful.
I’m wearing those same shoes today! And jeans. And this week went by really fast for me, too, but I knew it would on Sunday because there is so much going on! And I keep Christmas lights up around my windows year-long! But the white ones, the ones Australians call “fairy lights.” Looking forward to the blog surprise!
SIGH. i love my chucks. best shoes ever. i can’t believe it’s friday either…procrastinating sure makes time fly! and definitely go see Twilight again. i thought it was better the second time around, and my bf didn’t think it was so bad either!
i’m putting up christmas lights this weekend! woo!
ohhh, what’s the surprise?! (lol. i love when people ask that…)
Christmas lights! How fun. Also, I am going to see Twilight for the first time this weekend. Finally I will see what all of the hype is about!
I’m also wondering how the week went by so fast!
I love that worldwide, people are putting up decorations this weekend. I love the holiday season! :)
Go see Twilight again! I liked it SO much better the second time. I live in San Diego, but I’m not crazy enough to drive to LA just to stalk a celebrity. Shoot, I could find quite a few in SD if I really cared. ;-)
And I agree about the Rob in real life thing: he seems a little strange/awkward in interviews. Probably a big disappointment from what I want him to be. Haha…
